    Hi app version 4.12 on iOS is broken. Just sits on Avis splash screen. Unusable. Have deleted, rebooted, installed, rebooted and still won’t open. Picking up a car at Nice tomorrow am and stressed. Preferred plus customer. Please advise. Thks
