  2. This is the political equivalent of Scott Morrison putting a sock in his undies - it makes him feel BIG strutting his stuff in front of Trump. Every dollar spent on weapons is a dollar NOT spent on essential services for the Australian people.

What type of Prime Minister ignores fire chiefs and watches town burn to the ground and then buys military weapons during a pandemic and recession. Morrison does.

  4. Jun 30

Hearing ScottMorrison speak right now you'd think we were going to war. The mystical "threats" in his head he keeps going on about is farcical. If only we invested as much in accommodating peace &building bridges as we do for preparing for war, such "threats"wouldn't exist

This is becoming quite embarrassing now but Morrison has attacked unemployed, will probably remove JobKeeper, re-announced $270 billion missiles, cut the ABC, raised HECS, in a recession. But MSM journalists are furiously debating the merits of a Labor social media meme.

So ABC Four Corners has done an investigation into dreadful Morrison treatment of bushfires - Cobargo etc - but holding until after the by-election. This sort of sickening acquiescence drives supporters away. Wouldn't want to be under fire in the trenches with this bunch

Australia can never win a shooting war with China. It's out-gunned, out-manned and out-nuked. It's folly to even try. If Morrison was smart he'd invest in soft-power - ramp up & blast it out to the region. Use our tech & engineering to help our neighbours.

It pretty much looks like Morrison has gotten away with the Robodebt scandal. What an horrific state of affairs we’ve arrived at when a government who has been complicit in an illegal extortion exercise resulting in over 2000 suicides can just walk away unscathed

A VERY senior military person in our extended family laughed at Morrison's war threats - missiles etc - to China. Pointed out we do not actually have in stock one bullet for each Chinese soldier that could be landed here. Considers Morrison a child on an adult's errand.

makes the common mistake of assuming Albanese is Prime Minister and Labor is in government. Asking all the questions the media never asks Morrison or the LNP. It is becoming tiresome.

Daniel Andrews criticised for locking down for too long. Daniel Andrews criticised from opening up too quickly. Daniel Andrews criticised for testing too much. Daniel Andrews criticised for not testing enough. The braindead media can never be satisfied.

Do you want to know who got $10M to come up with this pissweak thought provoking Australian Made symbol..... the Australia's National Brand Advisory Council... who I hear you ask? ..... These battlers ⬇️

$270 billion for missiles. Just confirming Australia has a lunatic at the helm.

There’s no economic modelling of the benefits of this, no cost benefit analysis nor guarantee this spending will create world peace. Rich countries spend money on what they want (missiles) & make excuses for not spending on other things ()

Someone explain to me why a television camera crew were outside the home of Guy Sebastian’s manager when they came to arrest him. This now common occurrence is further evidence that the police are not interested in justice and that they are part of the problem.

Unemployment is effectively at 21%, at the same levels during the Great Depression. Imagine a government at that time telling people they were lazy, not looking for work or dole bludgers. And that’s what Morrison’s message is today.

  18. Jun 30

We need to increase Defence spending 270 billion because the world is now unsafe and unpredictable. Oh ..and store our imaginary emergency fuel in the US 👍

  19. Jun 29

JobSeeker looking for work to be given $40 per day. Jenny Morrison's BFF is paid $238 per day + car + expenses to sit by her side & drink cups of tea. Who is the Bludger here ?

  20. Jun 30

Military spending rockets up as a result of LNP fear of China. For every dollar Australia spends China will spend three. A better investment would be in Diplomacy and dialogue, language training and Asian studies.

  21. Using the fear of a post-Covid-19 world to justify wasting $270b on weapons is absolutely shameful.
