    You might see if your public library has any upcoming classes on preserving your family history. And has some good suggestions too. If you have specific questions, you could always tag . The hashtag is most active in Oct though.

    - As a child, Viola Desmond lived at 2320 Maynard St in Halifax. After she married Jack Desmond, she lived at 4 Prince William St. Her Studio of Beauty Culture was located at 167 Gottingen, and her Beauty Shop was at 91 ½ Gerrish St.

    Q: What's the hardest material to preserve? A: Digital! There are many misconceptions abt the difficulties inherent in preserving electronic records - you cannot set & forget - they must be constantly monitored. Advocating for the approp. resources is vry hard.
