    My may become terrible when I am alone, but the important thing is that I still have me. And I will make sure I am safe and okay. Have any of you read up on/gone to therapy for attachment styles? I am pretty much a textbook case of anxious attachment.

    Remember that and both come from a misunderstanding about how the brain works. The is a "comparison machine". It doesn't know how to do anything else. It compares every experience you are having to other experiences you've had or could be having.

    One of my New Years resolutions is to stop chasing people and to let things be. I need to focus all of my energies on those that genuinely want to be there and show that. Life is too short to constantly be worrying over someone’s presence in your life.

    I'm taking myself off Seroquel. I can't handle the side effects. I'm going to beg for haldol I know it works for me,whereas Seroquel hasn't done shit for me. Wish me luck this could get rough.

    When I talk about changing habits I often hear "I can't do that". It FEELS like that right now because you have wired/trained your brain to be this way. The brain seeks routine. It will resist change. With practice, the mind can teach the brain/body a new routine.
