    it is unacceptable for you to take 15 min to guide us in to a gate and another 15-20 to have our luggage at baggage claim for a Columbus flight that arrived AT MIDNIGHT. Staff accordingly. Be as attentive at night as you are during the day.

    I will try to avoid flying from now on...mostly because on ea leg the gate agents just seemed pissed off at the world and they are doing us a favor.I just spent my hard earned money to fly and they have attitude???? These r not new hires... these are older.

  6. Baggage at CLT is the worst! It’s already 35 minutes since I got off the plane. The airport is supposed to be fit for a queen. This queen would like her luggage!

    I arrived at my gate in Phoenix and could see the plane I was supposed to be leaving on the next gate over. American Airlines would not let me board, even though the plane was sitting right there. fail.

    announced yesterday that all flights on the LA to Hong Kong route would be cancelled through Feb 20th. We have been informed today that our flight on this route on the 17th Feb is not cancelled. what is going on?

    Poor customer service on flight 1577 from MIA. Flight crew says they called for routine maintenance 30 minutes ago. Can’t find you. We’re going to miss our connection. NOT HAPPY!

    the necessary information. I receive a phone message that expirations are standard and there is nothing to be done. So, apparently my $580 has an expiration date on a voucher I was never given access to. Your customer care process kind of sucks

    Just so everyone is aware of how poor customer service is, after requesting me to dm them to get it off Twitter all they did was send me through the same loop. This is why their reputation has tanked. I will never be flying with them again.
