    My good friend got into CRNA school and still can’t get a fucking green card from this administration, so can’t get student loans and is scrambling to pay cash. Yet ‘models’ get Einstein Visas.

    I don't know any doctor who emigrated to the United States, including myself, who was able to get an Einstein Visa yet Melania Trump was able to get one.
