    Kirjoitin toimittaja Ján Kuciakin ja Martina Kušnírován murhaoikeudenkäynnistä. Syyttäjä rakentanut pätevän pohjan, mutta tuomari hylkäsi suuren osan digitaalista todistusaineistoa. Tapauksen vakavuudesta kertoo, että käsittely alkaa jo 13.1.

    Näin lisäyksenä juttuuni: Syyteasiakirjojen mukaan murhan suunnittelemisen lisäksi Kočner ehti jo suunnitella omaa pakoaan maasta. Murhattavien listalla oli myös erikoissyyttäjä toisessa Kočneriin liittyvässä tapauksessa.

    Ján Kuciak and his fiancée Martina Kušnírová were killed 3 years ago. The safety and protection of journalists is a priority for the Commission and it should be so for every Member State so that journalists can investigate without fear.
