    Time moves forward - Just reminding you that you're supposed to be progressing, not regressing! This was bad enough as it was, but now a Black Woman has been charged w/manslaughter for having a miscarriage!

    this is fucked up. why should women be punished for something they didn’t know would happen? this puts more stress on them as well as greiving

    Police and prosecutors are already punishing women who are allegedly responsible for their own miscarriages. It will get so much worse if Roe v. Wade falls.

    I can't believe what im reading this can't stand!

    A pregnant woman was shot in the stomach during a fight. The shooting caused her pregnancy to end. She has been indicted for manslaughter. This is how people-- especially women of color-- are already being punished & having their pregnancies criminalized.
