    👇🏾are the ✅questions an honest mediator asks ! U can’t echo what states on his press release. We have seen similar declarations of truce by when legislative efforts are about to take effect. & are the key drivers of recent Abiy’s overture!

    Will the truce mean the Ethiopian federal government will allow the resumption of economic activity like banking, telecommunications and electricity in Tigray? Will the government allow aid through Amhara in addition to Afar? What about Western Tigray?

    How is the 🇪🇹|an govt announcement of short term truce going 2be trusted when: 1. Drone attacks continued? 2. Aid trucks are confiscated by militia & Eritrean forces? 3. Tigrayans are in prison in masses? Can do anything that disapproves?

    An Ethiopian government drone hit a displacement camp in Tigray not once, but three times, killing at least 57 civilians. Using guided bombs without evidence of any military target indicates that this was an apparent war crime.

    It’s the most devastating war for health & humanitarian workers, health facilities & civilians at large. I don’t understand why the US can’t 🛑 & sooner than later? A tiny % of what & are doing on 🇺🇦 would suffice!
