  5. I am unable to text (at least) 3 people since Friday. I’ve gone to the store, called, gotten a new SIM card, restored my phone & there are still no answers. There is obviously an issue since these 3 people do not have me blocked. HELP!

    5. Multiple times and still have no resolution. My wife is upset and I'm being harassed for being late on my payment when I was promised a credit. please help us feel like valued customers!

    4. The 2nd tech and the manager promises me a make God for cleaning up his guys poop. He calls me on Monday and promises me a $300 credit for my troubles. When my bills print there is no credit. I've called 4 times and explained what happened. I've been cold transferred

    3. the manager eventually comes to my home and realizes the tech is drunk. He calls for another tech and has the initial tech vehicle towed. The 2nd tech finishes the job within a hour but it’s 10pm eastern and wife is highly upset.

    2. The tech was at my home when my wife arrived. My wife around 7pm with my daughter arrive home. My daughter wants to use the bathroom and my wife. Prices that the went #2 on her bathroom floor. I said nothing to the rep because he was clearly struggling.

    Not only have they tried to claim I had unlimed data when I opened my plan ( untrue) but my data slows down after 16 GB ( no data). Then I loose service constantly. I have had my service for 2 years and my phone’s supposedly isn’t paid for I call BS. It’s time fix this.
