    Early voting in District 34 Special Primary Runoff continues tomorrow and Friday at the McMath, Williams, and Thompson libraries and County Regional Building in Little Rock. Yesterday only 43 voters cast their ballots. If you live in District 34 - GO VOTE! 1/2

    So Arkansas is ~ 15% African American .. US is ~13% African American - seems to be more representative than Iowa and we just bought new election equipment and run a pretty good primary system - may be time to let Arkansas lead..
