    Exactly this. It's not so much an issue as it is a issue. And a good quality model/algorithm has mitigated (for) biases. It's not rocket science guys...

    “I don’t believe any of these biases were intentionally put in these models, I just think that no one bothered to check if the biases were there. Why did no one bother to check? Because these issues do not (directly) affect the group creating the technology.”
