    Fair to say all my hard work has paid off ☺️, and I have been offered the job as an Emergency Call Handler ☎️📞 with the 🚑. I have enjoyed my time at PTS and will miss my team 😌 but look forward to new challenges I am going to face.

    Due to force critical staffing I volunteered (got paid) to take 101/999 calls for GMP yesterday. In 7 hours I estimate I answered approx 50-60 calls. More than half of these were 999’s. Of those I estimate about 2 were emergencies. USE 101 folks.
