    Day 18/365 Today I have done many things for my self-care. 🐌 had cuddles off Leo and Biggie 🐌 completed some moving 'admin' 🐌 had quiet time with a book 🐌 watched some Mr. Bean to wind down

    Day 17/365 Yesterday I felt really tired and ended up falling asleep on the afternoon. I'm counting my nap as self-care because I woke feeling more relaxed than I had been that day. Always take time to rest if you need it 💙

    35/365 Sometimes doing the right thing can feel rubbish. But it will make you feel worse in the long run, if you don’t live by what you know is right. Doing the compassionate thing can feel a little brutal!

    Despite the build up of stress again, I am on my medication, journaling, exercise and work. After sleepless nights, I am sleeping better again. Trying to focus on self growth and it's working ⭐

    Day 16/365 Tonight I took an hour out to be silent. No tv, no reading, no music. Just me, laid on my bed in silence. Allowing my mind and body to slow down. Creating a sense of space and peace. Refamiliarising myself with being still and focusing on the now 💙

    Day 15/365 I had a lovely morning reading, drinking tea, listening to podcasts and getting hugs from Leo and Biggie. Tonight I did some writing to help slow my head and anxiety down. My moods can change so quickly but overall I've had a very lovely day 💜
