#365daysofselfcare Yesterday I felt really tired and ended up falling asleep on the afternoon. I'm counting my nap as self-care because I woke feeling more relaxed than I had been that day. Always take time to rest if you need it

35/365 Sometimes doing the right thing can feel rubbish. But it will make you feel worse in the long run, if you don’t live by what you know is right. Doing the compassionate thing can feel a little brutal!
