Dem Leadership intends to 'select' centrist nominee. Criteria will be someone who can win in General--after Indie Repub Kasich acts as "spoiler," in hopes of throwing election to Dems, if he can't win. Unlike R's, D's control nomination.

Congrats to Sen. Warren for announcing her candidacy for president. On the other hand, I really need politicians to stop riding the coat tails of 44 and pick other slogans that are longer than one word. “Persist.” How original.

I am impressed with Nina Turner, a former Ohio state senator. Turner 2020?

Hillary’s was a big ‘H’....44 had “hope” and “change.” If dems are serious about taking back things they need to think outside the box. And it starts with a campaign slogan that makes people excited. I’m not excited about “persist”

My fear? we end up wl mediocrity (maybe even a loss) because we have as many candidates that GOP did for2016 primary... young adult turn out can carry . So establishment Dems should and let progressives take the wheel.

And I’ll say it again, Beto does not need to run. His critics will just continually mention how he narrowly lost the governorship of Texas —and they would be correct. It was not a WIN. He needs more experience.

is morally obligated to stand down. If she wins the DemPrimary she throws an otherwise winnable election to Trump. 2020 is the Democrats’ election to lose. They’ll win by entraining moderates with a “Big Tent” strategy. A Harris candidacy aids Trump

Have we gotten to the point where presidential campaigns need embeded FEC referees and all presidential campaign ads need a "Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval" from a fact checking organizer before they can air?

Love Elizabeth Warren but it is not even technically 2019 yet. Can we not start the yet? It's such overkill and I'm not here for it.

Has an exploratory committee ever presented results to the candidate that say “It’s gonna be a no from us, Chachi. Maybe next time.” ?

I love & wanted him not but now it is time for both to step aside & support Warren, Harris, Booker or O’Rourke. Clinton definitely needs to stay far away from any race or democrat running or we will have 4 more of Trump
