    ODOT tells me the issue with the DiSalle Bridge over the Maumee River is in here between the new bridge they’re building and the old one. Both eventually will be used. Right lane of NB 75 still closed

    Disalle Bridge (I-75 over the Maumee River by the Casino) still has one NB lane closed. ODOT told us yesterday it’s an issue with a wall holding up an embankment

    UPDATE: ODOT is still in meetings to figure out what to do next on Disalle bridge lane closure. Traffic is already backing up way past Wales Road on I-75 northbound. Only one lane is getting through and festivities in downtown Toledo for Solheim are getting underway

    UPDATE on DiSalle bridge: Our 2 and 230 interviews with ODOT have been postponed. I’m told higher ups will have 330 call to discuss issues leading to right lane closure of NB 75. It’s an issue with the wall holding embankments that is bowing

    UPDATE: Per ODOT the northbound right lane of the DiSalle Bridge (I-75 over the Maumee River by the casino) will be closed “for the foreseeable future”. Add some extra time if you’re coming to Toledo for all things Solheim Cup today/tonight

    BREAKING NEWS: ODOT tells me the right lane on NB 75 on the DiSalle Bridge will be closed through Saturday. More testing needs to be done on the bowing wall. Only one lane is getting by northbound

    Big traffic issue according to ODOT: •NBI-75, between Wales Rd. and South Ave., is reduced to one lane due to a possible embankment issue. ODOT, contractors, and consultants are working to reopen the second lane as soon as possible

    I'm told ODOT is flying in an engineering crew from Virginia overnight to look at this issue tomorrow. Right lane still closed
