  4. February 1st, day 32. 8:56 pm, 30, 30, 30, 10. 💯/💯. Added in a mile walk with the dog. I like it.

  5. It's been almost two decades since I did something even remotely healthy for me for 31 straight days. I'm down 5 pounds, gaining dinner muscle, and feeling a lot better about me. 25, 35, 40, 10, 💯/💯.

  6. 11:38pm, Day 30. 4x25, 💯/💯!!! That's a cool 3000 pushups for the year. Schedule is making some of these days tough to complete, but it's nice to be seeing progress in my arms. What's next? Add in some squats?

  8. So I forgot to post yesterday, but day 27 in the books, 4x25, 💯/💯. Just finished today at my Assistant Manager regional meeting, which is nice, but I guess I'm Guy Doing Pushups At Work now. 4x25, 💯/💯, Day 28!

    I was inspired by @safielfiox to do . I'd already been exercising regularly, but 100 daily push-ups is now a MINIMUM, and I do two sets of 50. When I have time on the road, I also do resistance band exercises, and I use dumbbells at home. I want to get big!
