    Chris Lambert '03 was a 6x Ivy Heps Champion. He earned All America honors finishing 4th at NCAA’s in the 200m. Chris still holds the Ivy record in the outdoor 200m. Chris now works as Assoc. Director of Digital Marketing at ConvaTec. 🌿🇬🇧

    Brenda Taylor '01 shined during her time with the Crimson winning 17 Ivy Heps Championships. She also won an NCAA Championship in the 400H’s & went on to compete at the Olympic Games in 2004. Brenda is now the Executive Director at Alameda Health Partners.🌿

    Samyr Laine was an NCAA All American in the triple jump as well as an Academic All American. He went on to represent Haiti at the 2012 Olympic Games. Samyr is now working as the VP of Operations & Strategy at Westbrook Inc. 💥 🌿 🇭🇹

    Nicky Grant '02 is our current school record holder in the women's hammer. Nicky represented Jamaica at the Pan American Games in '15. She now works as the Disaster Human Services Director at the US Department of Health & Human Services. 🇯🇲🌿🔨

    Efe Uwaifo capped off his Harvard career in style with a win at the Ivy Heps in both the long jump (7.85m/25'9.25") and triple jump (16.18m/53'1"). Efe is still training post-collegiately in London while working as the Director of Oakhill PSL. 💥 🇬🇧 🌿

    Kieran Tuntivate '20 racing for the Bowerman TC finished 5th in the 10k at the competition in San Juan Capistrano, CA. His time eclipsed the Thai Record by almost 90 seconds. Kieran's time of 27.17.14 also meets the Olympic Standard. 💥

    Autumne Franklin dominated the hurdles at the Ivy Heps Championships during her time at Harvard garnering 14 👑's in the sprints, hurdles, & relays. She holds 4 Ivy records. Autumne also helped the program win 7 🌿 team titles. She is now a Global Events Coordinator at Abbott.

    Myles Marshall was a 2-time captain and 11-time Ivy Heps Champion (5 individual & 6 relay 👑's). Myles graduated with a concentration in economics along with a secondary in global health & global policy. He is currently training post-collegiately in his home state of Texas. 💥

    Nikki Okwelogu dominated the throws in the Ivy League during her time at Harvard. She is an Olympian 🇳🇬, Ivy League Record Holder in the shot put, All American, holds 3 school records, & is now a medical student at UCSF. Nikki represents the true meaning of student-athlete. 💥
