There is a lot of truth to that, I have tried meditation to some extent and positive thinking, in addition to regular exercise( Brisk walking and weight training) and it did transform my life.

I began teaching this to myself as a kid in the late '40s and I was interested in biofeedback when it first appeared. (I'm a weird person.) I'd heard about the monks from my grandma and, yes, people scoffed at me and even thought I was crazy. I didn't care. It's always felt good.
