        I’m eating 4-6 per day. Doing very well. It’s a non-news publication.

Dietary advice from Harvard isn't worth the electrons it is generated on.

I’m eating up to 9 free range eggs a day.. grass fed red meat, free range bacons and an avocado daily.. My T2DM is in full remission, a near stroke 3 years ago no more, HBP normalised. All due to LCHF, KETO and Carnivore lifestyles. I’m Med free and healthy as at 64yrs.

In 1955, President Eisenhower had a heart attack. Mainstream science blamed his perfectly fine (meat, eggs, vegetables) diet, rather than how he was a very heavy smoker. That started the unfortunate and very misled war on fat. You guys are finally up to speed? Congrats.

Up to one egg? Of course once again conclusions drawn with the assumption that correlation equals causation.
