        If a person typically has a low white blood count due to a genetic syndrome, does that mean 1) exercise can increase their count and 2) are they at a greater risk for heart disease?

        It’s kinda funny(not haha funny), but I feel like ideally such so-called “new”study like this one about “exercise” (& even certain nutrition, hygiene &other preventatives) had somewhat been known/thought w/in certain cultures &not linking to profit (like magic xyz pills by corp).

        Therefore #MECFS is double-harmful. Firstly it's a severe neurological #disease! It destroys whole life of patients! Physically, psychologically & socially! Secondly it boosts danger of secondary diseases & damages! ME can lead to serious #health implications & early #death!💀
