    In the ramp up to the Iraq war, Secretary Colin Powell gave President Bush an admonition that many of us have seen in dollar stores across the nation, “You break it, you own it.” It seems McCarthy should be taught that lesson. Don’t pass the buck. YOU broke it! Own it!
