Was wondering how soon the YouTube algorithm will just compose music like this for me, based on other things I like. Would it ever not feel soulless?

Releasing into the wild is a one time, one way operation! Once released, tokens cannot be used for crossbreeding, and they won't evolve further. They can never return to the garden.

As long as specimen are kept within the confines of this garden (marketplace), they can crossbreed, evolve and be put up for adoption, respecting creator transaction royalties. But! Owners can release them into the wild. Then they can be traded on all marketplaces (0% royalties)

If this is a claim that generative art cannot access this emotional register I’d disagree (see mutant.garden). But agree the vast majority of generative art is completely lifeless.
