I love full length books, but I also think there is a gap in the market for summaries that get to the heart of the book. Same for academic papers, I think.

@blinkist is a book summary audio app that’s an interesting concept. Though I find podcasts with the actual authors infinitely more interesting/thought provoking. -

I've found the same. And I recall details of podcast interviews much easier than I do for reading books
