I have been wondering about two puzzles related to the coronavirus. - If chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine are effective treatments, why is Italy’s case fatality rate 8.6%? Is it that Italy is not using chloroquine/hydroxychloroquine, or that those treatments are not effective?
