Fitness companies using tech + incentive alignment + social dynamics (Barry's, Soulcycle, Peloton, etc) are obv disrupting gyms. Curious what else they will disrupt as exercise becomes gamified and sticky. Alcohol and pharmaceutical companies potentially.

How are @onepelotons incentives aligned differently than a traditional health club?

They're incentivized for you to use the equipment so you'll pay more for subscriptions/classes. Gyms incentivized to minimize your use of them to reduce maintenance costs, they make their money on annual contracts that are hard to break.
