7/ Third breakthrough was

I'm glad this worked for you! I find the trend of biz and tech people (perhaps more high profile ones like @/jack) seeking a sense of control in hunger a bit unsettling. What do you think made you seek that sense of control? Lack of it in hectic small biz?
