The best habit I've formed this year is waking up and meditating for 15 minutes firs thing. Not even sure it's technically meditation, just sitting still in silence, transforms the day.

I use apps to do quick 5 or 10 minute meditations in bed before sleeping. In the morning I just like the silence.
