Currently the happiest I’ve been with my wearables/quantified self setup. @ouraring to track sleep (resting heart rate + hrv graphs are invaluable) and apple watch for heart rate + reminders to breathe during day.

Pretty similar to
@whoop, but with whoop you need 1 device (but lose wrist time checking ability). They combine sleep + rhr + hrv to tell you how ready you are for working out each day.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
