+1. Proper nutrition is much more about eliminating certain foods than eating something specific. Don’t eat processed foods or sugar and you’re 90% of the way there.

Skipping meals FTW. I only eat salad for lunch and cooked veggies for dinner during the week, and pig out during the weekends.
