    My latest with : Despite dominant narratives, "rural" is not a synonym for "white." Two-thirds of rural counties consist of at least 10% people of color, one-third are over a quarter people of color and 10% are majority people of color.

    We are excited to share that after months of negotiations, the Organizing Committee and Management reached an agreement on a fair bargaining unit! More work is ahead but this is a great step forward in bringing about equitable change at Brookings.
