@YouTubeTV when your app is set up so that you bypass allowing people to access the trial period and go straight to charging them the monthly rate...you’ve lost customers in this household. We’re not gonna purchase something we are not sure is worth it.

I signed up on my cell phone using the YouTube tv app and I followed the prompt that said “try for free now” and I still got charged

iPhone X. We got a refund from iTunes. But I don’t think we will bother trying to get a trial again or with the service.
