I've had 10.11 installed for 6+ hours now. Mail has been furiously downloading mail but has yet to show any new messages in main account.

@mjtsai I ran into an issue capturing from eagle filer as a result of this.

@mjtsai no they were all there but must not have been downloaded off exchange. As a result only 6 of 1240 were captured

@hanlon_chris Normally, EF should warn you if Mail is busy downloading messages, but the safety check often fails on 10.11 due to a Mail bug
