Wouldn't it make more sense if people who already had COVID-19/are antibody positive only receive one shot? This would reflect a two-dose vaccine regimen and would spare doses (at least in some high prevalence areas). With some data to back that up, could that be implemented?

Do all the different vaccines require two doses? If all the different studies were done using two doses, shouldn’t we follow that protocol exactly?

all the approved ones do I believe, johnson and johnson is testing a one shot vaccine normally I'd say yes but this is not at all normal lot of debate on this recently, def a judgment call, though the immunologists in general seem more sanguine about this than others
