yes haven't looked, but I would bet my rent it is 100% identical to the envelope protein in RaTG13, the most closely related bat coronavirus identified so far

turns out it's highly conserved across coronaviruses, it's also 95% similar to SARS itself yes these two are most similar to each other, but it's a tiny protein, 5% difference for a 75 amino acid protein is just a couple of residues here, compared to SARSpic.twitter.com/VVvivP6OV0
