this is quite good, perhaps too pessimistic on peer review (but I've been lucky with peer review so might be too optimistic)
also I hadn't read about expansion microscopy before and holy crap that is insane and borderline unbelievable to me even now I don't blame the grantfolk for not funding that one I wouldn't have either
