Rescue Toadz looks like a regular NFT collection at first - you can mint a toad and you get an NFT in your wallet.
100% of the mint fee is directly sent to - an organization that provides humanitarian aid to Ukraine and that has already raised $9M!

The process is completely trustless and automatic! All the logic is coded in the smart contract which cannot be changed and which everybody can inspect.
You trust the code, not us! We have no way to steal the funds even if we wanted (we don't 😀).

The power of smart contracts
Then there is the special feature!
We have another function in the smart contract that you can use to match or increase the last owner's donation for a toad and it will be transferred into your wallet.
Again, 100% of the funds go to charity.

This incentivizes people to donate more. If you want a toad you can mint it. However, anybody can then match your donation and it will go to their wallet.
If you want it back, you need to donate again or even increase the donation to make it harder for others to get it.

Avoiding speculation
We wanted this project to be about charity. Therefore, we decided to block the listing of the NFTs on secondary exchanges like OpenSea. You can transfer the NFT to another wallet if you want, but you can't list it for sale!

The fee for the contract deployment was kindly funded by the awesome by @supergremplin community. Several people even offered to fund it personally!
