    France has decided AstraZeneca is safe but no jabs this morning because the regulator has to update the guidance. So we start again this afternoon, once the paperwork is filed. It's like they live in a different, pandemic-free, universe.

    Interesting conversation w/ a male police officer telling people to disperse. (Our CNN crew is all female today). “Where’s she heading?” Officer asks pointing to my producer. “To fetch our camerawoman,” i say. “Your cameraman,” he corrects me. “No we have a camerawoman.” I reply.

    And they need to understand we are exhausted at constantly having to strategize our routes home, look over our shoulders and assess risk at all times, tense up when a man walks up behind us and breathe out only when he's passed us. Women are *tired*.

    Men were shocked when women said , now they’re shocked we are scared after dark, limit and censor ourselves, and say we’ve been harassed or attacked in public. Our testimonies can only do so much. Women can’t fix male violence—men have to actually listen, and then act.
