@Hisense_USA you need to fix @YouTubeTV on your devices. It freezes up & doesn't work the TV. You can't even @Chromecast it to the built-in #chromecast. Biggest reason we bought your TV and it didn't work!!! I have to have a separate Chromecast device to watch my TV!
It is on the Playstore and installable. @Hisense_USA 65H9EPLUS is the model with Android TV and it installs without issue. It just plays for 10 min and then freezes (Chromecasting and via the app)

Hello Ace. Just wanted to confirm with you that your TV is not supported and its likely why its crashing 10 minutes into the video. Please consider installing one of our supported devices for your TV like Roku or Chromecast.
