...tried to remind patrons to mask up, telling them they "weren't allowed to say that to people." RICC management said absolutely 0 about it. Nice to see real cons so what is necessary to keep people safe.

Not sure what is meant by that: ComicCon, and other comic and SF conventions, IS where the parents go to party! And we party HARD. Been going so many decades that most of us who attended in our twenties now have kids & grandkids attending, too!
