    So we started the coding sprint! I'm fixing Installer bugs, investigating EFI booting problems on laptop (and we'll have to look into Intel Skylake graphics too), is improving Tracker's file permissions view, and works on the m68k port

    Not everything was perfect in 1995, but I think we've lost something on the way. Some remarks: 1) Underlined letters indicate keyboard shortcuts. How handy! 2) Design clearly says: "We are buttons!". It's easy to find the wanted button, because they have some color. 1/3

    Quick poll: if Haiku had support for VT-x/AMD-V accelerated VMs (i.e. and any software missing from Haiku you could use inside a VM instead), would it make you substantially more likely to use Haiku as a daily driver?

    It used to be like this everywhere, but now only on : a list of all running processes with none (including the web browser and window server!) using over 65MB of RAM. (And launch_daemon's RAM usage is in the hundreds of KB!!)

    Finally, got bindings working on , and tested with the simple "HelloWorld" example... Next step will be check if app can work (with the needed Layout tweaks)... nice end of month!! 😁
