It is a new dawn for Africa. Last night, Namibia signed during the evening session, the Africa Continental Free Trade Area (ACFTA). Namibia should be part of this effort holding great potential for the integration of our economies in global trade.pic.twitter.com/1oxPfLwHCm

A way to go! When some countries signed the ACFTA in Rwanda - Kigali, I was surprised not to see Namibia in the lead. Yes, African states must always move in unison! Given that Africa is a rich continent, ACFTA can lead to greater bargaining power & economic prosperity for all.👌pic.twitter.com/QCXKegTwC7

This the way forward for Africa Continent, I salute Mr. President. We want Africa resources to stay in Continent. Seriously, we have to import Fuel Oil from Western, Europe n Asia while we have our own oil wells in Africa, because African Leaders differences to trade each other.

Great step forward. But before we have to interconnect African powerhouses by a system of railways, highways, navigable rivers and air cargo terminals. Without sufficient transports infratsructure there will be no trade

As much as there is a great need for Namibia to ramp up its industry to maximize its benefit from such deals, Im pleased to see that finally there is political will amongst African leaders to integrate African ties economically. Great move Mr President.
