      90% of parents want their child's school to teach CS. Kids now rank CS as their fave subject just after art & dance. But most schools still don't teach CS. We should change this - THANKFUL for @codeorg @hadip doing so much to help. Happy 5th anniversary!!

      not enuf qualified teachers. If you are good at coding, why would you teach and make 1/3 the salary? Having volunteered to teach Scratch in my kids' schools for many years, it's hard teaching a class of 28 of kids w/a WIDE range of abilities. Coding is easier; Teaching is hard.

      At @codeorg we prepare America’s teachers to teach CS. We have prepared 70,000 teachers so far, and provided curriculum designed for the teacher who lacks a background in CS
