      Very bold compensation plan, great for shareholders. Will it cascade down to all executives or it stops with the CEO ?

      Currently only CEO. Most employees cant forsake salary for 10 years. The broader employee comp plan at $AAXN has a performance-driven aspect that employees participate in, tied entirely to operational goals.
