@codeorg doesn't advocate for CS just for jobs, but as a foundational part of a well-rounded education, for any career
Besides, students should have a chance to study what they want - which means CS should be on the menu (regardless of jobs and wages)

I could also cite computing job/wage stats to counter the article, but computing wages/jobs aren't our primary motivator.
