Many jobs will go, blue collar or not. And new jobs created, including "blue collar" tech jobs. Workforce must adapt.
This story has played out many times in history. Only Q is whether this time is bigger, ie greater need for reeducation. (Hence @codeorg)

Right. That's the problem to solve. The solution shouldn't be to halt progress, rather to spread opportunity via education
