BC may be first at K-12 CS in Canada. BC and Nova Scotia are certainly leading Canada on CS.

NS seems to have had it for K-3 since 2015. NS, BC & NB similar times, but was NB's
@davidalston who led way for Cdn. -
Regardless of who's 1st, most important is real investment & thoughtful rollout for student success.
#BC lacks both.
