The biggest difference between working a startup and a large company is that in a startup there will be a lot of broken things that will bother you. In a large company they won’t.

I hear what you are saying but it’s quite wrong if you think about it. Elon also holds SpaceX and he is also involved with Neuralink and The Boring Company as well as a couple cryptocurrencies. He may leverage for that but he still invests time in other things. Time = money.
