Why isn’t there a screensaver made by Google Photos? It’s already a feature of Google Home Hub, but to have the same thing on my Mac I need to download and sync the photos locally.

I don't know much about how open the screensaver system is on Mac, but we have an API that would give developers the ability to build this.
Hi David. Mac & Windows both have screensaver APIs. Serious developers won’t build something Google would clone the minute it’s successful. No biz model = no serious developers. I hope you consider surveying consumer demand. I bet you could even sell it.

David please add an option to Android TV screen saver to remove the backdrop. We really enjoy watching our Google Photos on it, but pictures are too dark.
