It's against what I believe in, but it's not racist. Here's what he writes in that link: "One correspondent commented 'It is well known that I hate Iranians,' even though the article doesn't mention Iran explicitly, and I actually have no such feelings." 1/2
I've encountered so many amazing students from Sharif University of Technology. I hope this student went on to great grad program.

. As I said, what he wrote is against what I believe in. It's just that him having strong geopolitical positions isn't the same thing as him being a racist.
